inExTerra inc is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to creating opportunities for people to connect, participate, create and contribute. We bring people, ideas and communities together through culture, creativity, community, spirituality and care for our shared Earth, creating spaces where diversity is valued, people feel a sense of belonging, and everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.
Our work is grounded in the belief that positive change begins with people and grows through connection. When we come together with openness, compassion and purpose, we can strengthen our communities, inspire creativity, care for the natural world and create new possibilities for the future.
Through our three programs — One Community, EcoTech and Brighter Future — we turn these values into practical action. One Community celebrates diversity and builds connection and belonging. EcoTech encourages environmental responsibility, sustainability and innovative approaches to caring for our Living Earth. Brighter Future supports personal growth, purposeful living and the development of our potential, recognising that the way we live and the choices we make can contribute to the wellbeing of the wider community.

The One Community Program brings people together across cultures, backgrounds, generations and beliefs to build stronger, more connected and inclusive communities.
Through culture, art, music, dialogue, shared experiences and community activities, the program celebrates diversity while highlighting the values we all share: respect, belonging, compassion, cooperation and unity.
Inspired by Anura’kai, One Community recognises that our differences do not divide us—they enrich us. By creating opportunities to connect, learn from one another and contribute together, the program transforms diversity into a source of understanding, friendship and collective strength.

EcoTech
Innovating for a Sustainable Future
The EcoTech Program combines environmental awareness, innovation and technology to promote practical solutions for a healthier, more sustainable world.
Through recycling, waste reduction, environmental education, sustainable technologies and community projects, the program encourages people to use resources responsibly, reduce their environmental footprint and turn everyday choices into positive action.
Inspired by Anura’kai, EcoTech recognises that innovation should serve life, the Earth and future generations, empowering communities to create a cleaner, more resilient and sustainable future.

The Brighter Future Program inspires people and communities to turn hope into action and create a more positive, sustainable and harmonious future.

Inspired by Anura’kai, Brighter Future recognises that meaningful change begins with awareness, hope and collective action, thus transforming challenges into opportunities for renewal and creating a future where people and nature can thrive together.

Our Contribution – Making a Difference Together
The successful delivery of Colours of Ipswich – A Multicultural Unity Festival 2026 was a powerful expression of what inExTerra inc stands for: bringing over 7000 people together, celebrating diversity and creating opportunities for everyone to participate and contribute.
Held in the heart of Ipswich, at Tulmur Place, the festival brought together people from many cultural backgrounds through music, dance, food, art, performance and shared experiences. It created a welcoming space where cultures could be celebrated, stories could be shared and people could connect beyond their differences.
Through the festival, inExTerra inc transformed the principle of Many Cultures. One Community. United in Harmony. into a lived experience. Hundreds of performers, volunteers, community organisations, cultural groups, sponsors and supporters contributed their time, creativity, knowledge and resources to make the event possible.
The festival demonstrated the power of collaboration. By providing a platform for diverse communities to participate and showcase their culture, inExTerra inc helped strengthen belonging, mutual understanding and community connection while celebrating the richness that diversity brings to our shared community.
For us, the festival was more than an event. It was an opportunity to put our values into action and to create a space where people could connect, participate, create and contribute.
Colours of Ipswich showed what is possible when we come together with openness, purpose and a shared commitment to building a more inclusive and harmonious community.

inExTerra inc is inspired by Anura’kai, a contemporary spiritual tradition built around a simple but powerful idea: life is sacred, love connects us, peace begins within us, and every person has something meaningful to contribute.
Anura’kai invites us to look within—to discover our inner light, cultivate peace, live with purpose and recognise the sacredness of our own lives. But the journey does not end within. What we awaken in ourselves can become what we bring to the world.
When we find greater peace within ourselves, we can bring greater peace to our relationships. When we learn to value ourselves, we become better able to value others. When we recognise our own connection to life, we begin to see that no person, culture or living being exists in isolation.
This is the heart of Unity in Harmony.
We believe our differences are not barriers to overcome. They are part of what makes humanity beautiful. Our cultures, stories, traditions, talents and perspectives can enrich one another when we meet with openness, respect and love.
